About these terms

These terms apply when you use dragonworldlanguages.org or buy a live online lesson package from Dragon World Langauges, trading as Dragon World Languages (DWL), at Jordan. You are contracting with Dragon World Langauges. By continuing to use the site or our services, you agree to these terms. Our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics for card orders are also governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Choosing a package

Before paying, review the language, class format, paid hours, bonus hours, total price, currency and any stated expiry date. For a custom package, review the details in your individual offer. The confirmed offer determines what is included. Exam preparation provides teaching and practice. Exam registration and fees are separate unless your offer expressly includes them. We cannot guarantee a particular score.

Enrollment and payment

Give us a reliable contact address so we can confirm your booking. A parent or guardian must enroll on behalf of a student who is a minor. Packages are one-time payments, made by card through Paddle or through PayPal. We confirm enrollment after successful payment and arrange lesson times with you. A specific time slot is reserved once you and DWL agree on the date, time and time zone.

Changing a lesson

Contact us at least 24 hours before the agreed start time to move a lesson without using your booked hours. A missed lesson or one canceled with less notice counts as used. If DWL or your teacher cancels, you may choose a replacement at no extra charge or a refund for the affected paid hours. See our Refund Policy for the calculation and how to make a request.

Taking part and acceptable use

Join on time with a working internet connection, treat teachers and other students respectfully, and use lesson materials for your own study. Ask everyone involved before recording or sharing a class. Contact us if a technical problem prevents you from joining so we can review what happened.

You must not use our site or services unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone’s intellectual property, or to interfere with security (for example by uploading malware, probing or scraping).

Intellectual property

DWL retains ownership of the website, lesson materials, software and branding. You may use materials provided to you for your own study only.

Service availability

We work to keep our website and online classes available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

Suspension

We may suspend or end access to our services for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

Questions or complaints

Contact us with your booking reference and a description of the issue. We will review it with you. These terms preserve any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
