Refund Policy

Scope
This policy applies to standard, custom and discounted online lesson packages sold by Dragon World Langauges, trading as Dragon World Languages (DWL).
30-day refund window
You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. If no lesson has been delivered or counted as used under our 24-hour cancellation rule, you receive a full refund of the amount paid.
After lessons begin
You may cancel the rest of your package. We refund unused paid hours at the price you actually paid per hour, including any discount. Divide the package price paid by the number of paid hours, then multiply by the unused paid hours. For example, if you paid $300 for 10 paid hours and used three, your refund is $210. We apply lessons to paid hours first. Promotional bonus hours carry no cash value and expire when you cancel the package.
Missed or canceled lessons
Give us at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule without losing your hours. A missed lesson or a cancellation with less notice counts as used. If your teacher or DWL cancels, you can reschedule at no extra charge or request a refund for the affected paid hours. If we cancel a bonus lesson, we offer a replacement bonus lesson. If DWL cannot deliver the rest of your package, we refund all unused paid hours.
How to request a refund
For card payments, refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle: request one at paddle.net or contact us. For PayPal payments, email support@dragonworldlanguages.org or message +962 7 8080 1612 on WhatsApp with your name, booking or transaction reference, and the package you want to cancel. We will reply within five business days with the hours used, the amount due and the next step. Approved refunds go back through the original payment method. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
Your legal rights
If applicable law gives you a withdrawal period, an earlier refund deadline or another remedy, those rights take priority over our cancellation and missed-lesson rules.
